TAIKO GROUP Information

FURYUZA HINABI Chujo Kinoko  top

Furyuza Hinabi is the other taiko team for Taiko Center, led by Kinoko Cyujyo.
The band, which consisits of 3 women, perfoms at events, festivals and school workshops throughout a year.
One of their repertoire Oniroku Daiko, composed by Cyujyo, is a unique Taiko-Monodrama based on famous Japanese fairy tale.

Everyone experiences the performance is amazed by her skill of expression.

Mugen  top

Kiyomasa Hanahara, Hidemasa Hanahara and Yuichiro Furusato were formed Mugen in 2005.
Their average age is 25 years old. They are good at playing modern arranged music like rock music and attractively play traditional music as well.
Their performance stands high in public estimation

They seek possibilities of Wadaiko.

Ryuji Tomono  top

Born in 1988, Yokohama city.
He started to play the Taiko when he was little child.
He is a mentally retarded person but learned to play taiko very fast.
He had fun when he was playing taiko with his friends, so gradually he liked it.
He has continued to play taiko, and recently, extended his field of activity,
He co-starred with pianist: Gen Fujimoto and Kazuki Watanabe.
He joins 9 taiko teams, plays taiko solo as well.
His first solo concert in May 2009 was really successful.
He is active in various fields.

The members of his taiko group “The J B’f” are handicapped people.
They were awarded a grand prize of “Forth Gold concert” which is the contest among handicapped amateur musicians.
